Your questions, answered
Clarity before commitment.
Can we partner to fix up my property before selling?
Yes, we can evaluate that option if the property is vacant or you can move out. We review the repairs, funding possibilities, market, title, timeline, and expenses to see whether a partnership makes sense. The goal may be to pursue a higher sale price, but price, funding, profit, and net proceeds are not guaranteed. All responsibilities and financial arrangements must be set out in a written agreement.
Can I stay in the property briefly after closing?
Ask about a short post-closing stay, often around two weeks to a month depending on the situation. Where feasible, a short stay may be arranged without an occupancy charge; longer stays may have costs. A stay is subject to approval and a separate written arrangement addressing the move-out date, responsibilities, and expenses. Do not assume occupancy is permitted without that agreement.
Can you help me relocate and move my belongings?
Yes, we can evaluate relocation and moving support as part of your property plan, including moving belongings to the destination you choose where feasible. We review distance, item handling, access, timing, provider availability, and the numbers before agreeing on services.
What if I have several properties to sell?
Tell us in the form. You can list additional properties now or ask us to contact you for the full list. Residential, commercial, land, and portfolio situations can be reviewed; each property is evaluated individually.
Do I need to make repairs or clean out the house?
You do not need to empty the house before requesting a review. We can consider buying as-is, even when the property is full of unwanted belongings, and arrange cleanout under an agreed plan. Tell us what should be kept, moved, or left behind. Scope, handling, expenses, and responsibilities are assessed and agreed in writing.
How quickly can I close?
Some straightforward transactions may close in 2–7 days. That is not a guarantee: title issues, liens, probate, access, and other requirements can extend the timeline. Your closing date is agreed in writing.
How is the offer determined?
We consider property condition, comparable sales, repair costs, location, and transaction costs. An investor offer may be below the price achievable through a traditional listing. We explain the terms so you can decide.
Will I be charged to request an offer?
There is no charge or obligation to request an offer. Any transaction costs or fees will be described in your written agreement before you decide to proceed.
Can you help with an inherited property or title issue?
Yes. We assist owners and families with complicated title issues, heirship, probate, liens, and multiple parties involved in ownership. We help gather information, coordinate conversations, and explore solutions, including mediation where appropriate. We work alongside title professionals and attorneys when legal work is needed. A sale remains subject to required approvals and clear or insurable title.
Can you stop a foreclosure?
No foreclosure outcome is guaranteed. If a deadline is approaching, call us directly and seek qualified legal advice promptly. Sending this form does not pause a foreclosure or any other deadline.
Where do you buy properties?
We are based in Fort Worth and work with property owners in Dallas, Tarrant County, the broader DFW area, and nationwide. Availability depends on the property and market.
What happens after I send my information?
Your request is saved for review. We contact you to learn more, discuss timing and access, and determine whether an offer or another option is appropriate. You choose whether to move forward.
